PalEatPalEat is the app people across Palestine use to order from restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, butchers, pharmacies, florists and shops, pay by card or Apple Pay, and watch the rider come to the door on a live map. It sends parcels with Box, gives money back with PalEat Cash, and speaks Arabic and English. Portous built it, runs it, and ships a new version every couple of weeks.

Al Manara DentalDentists and clinics browse Al Manara's full catalogue, order supplies and request quotes for equipment from their phone, instead of sending WhatsApp messages and waiting for a call back. Anyone can browse. A clinic uploads its licence and gets approved before it can see prices and order. Arabic, English and Hebrew, on iPhone and Android, with a website that sends people to the right store.

AnniAnni gives a clinic, salon or spa its own booking page on annibook.com. Customers pick a service or a package, a day and a time, and sign in with a WhatsApp code, no password. The business gets a calendar, bookings, customers, staff, packages, financials and a settings area where its whole brand lives. Arabic and English.

Ajouli Real Estate CRMEnquiries from Facebook and Instagram lead ads, the website and Excel sheets land in one Arabic system. Each is checked by phone number so nobody is contacted twice, then handed to the next sales agent in rotation. Agents work a daily call list with statuses and follow-ups. The owner sees the funnel, the sources, the team and the unit inventory.

Captain VoltThe app PalEat's riders work from. They go online, get offered nearby jobs with the pay and the distance shown up front, and follow four clear steps from the shop to the customer. Earnings, a wallet and a busy-areas heatmap are built in. One app, on iOS and Android.

PalEat ManagerThe app restaurants and shops keep by the till. A new PalEat order arrives as a loud full-screen alarm that wakes the device, staff accept it and set a preparation time, and the ticket prints on the receipt printer. It runs on Android phones, tablets and POS terminals with a built-in printer, so the same device is the order screen and the point of sale. It installs from a link and updates itself, so partners never touch an app store.

PalEat OperationsThe dashboard PalEat's staff run the business from, and the backend under all six apps. Ops see live orders and rider positions on a map, assign jobs, build menus, run promotions and loyalty, manage rider applications and commissions, and pull invoices and reports.

Al Manara AdminThe portal Al Manara's staff use every day. They approve clinic accounts, load and translate the catalogue, price and discount products, answer quote requests, process orders, arrange the app's home screen, and read the sales dashboard. Languages, user groups, loyalty tiers, countries and VAT rates are switches, not code.

Trinks is the tool our team runs on. It sits on your machine, watches every project we have open, and lets one person direct a fleet of AI agents by voice or text. You ask it what is happening on a project and it answers; you give it a task and it puts the right agent on it, in the right folder, and streams the work back to you live.

Urban PulseA civic app in development: people share how they feel about a place, anonymously, and the app turns thousands of posts into a live map and heat map of the city's mood. Native apps for posting and browsing, and a dashboard for moderation and analytics.

GPowerA fitness membership platform in development: members buy points and use them at any gym on the network for sessions, classes, trainers and dietitians, with a QR code to check in. A companion app for front-desk staff and dashboards for gym owners are part of the same build.

Each restaurant gets a branded menu on its own subdomain. Diners open it on their phone, pick sizes and extras, and order. The restaurant follows the order live. A reseller back office creates restaurants, sets their branding and staff, and caps storage and vendor counts per account.

02 · Automation and AI

When a customer books, Anni checks whether the business has calls switched on and hands the booking to an n8n workflow. Within seconds a voice agent phones the customer in Palestinian Arabic to confirm. A second workflow reads the result and confirms or cancels the booking on its own, with the transcript, the duration and the cost saved on the record.

Credit officers assess small businesses with KoBoToolbox forms. Each submission used to mean writing an Environmental and Social Action Plan by hand. Now the form triggers a small service that looks up every action code, fills the Word template and emails the finished plan to the officer, with dropdowns ready to edit.

TikTonic's merchants order stock by chatting. The bot recognises them by phone number, shows the catalogue with pictures, builds a cart, places the order, and answers questions about balance, invoices and history. Built on Telegram for testing and designed to move to WhatsApp.

We run an open-source WhatsApp gateway on our own infrastructure and connect it to Anni, so customers get their sign-in code on WhatsApp in seconds. Multi-session, signed webhooks, an API, and n8n nodes for automations. We did not write it. We chose it, branded it and operate it.
AI features · Product design· Palestine
In-app banners for PalEat's vendors are produced by an AI agent working from a written playbook. It reviews the vendor's real assets, writes a brief, and generates matched Arabic and English banners at the exact size the app needs, with a hard rule never to invent a price or an offer. Short marketing videos are rendered from code.

The connections that make a product real: cards, wallets, maps, messaging, and the systems clients already use.

We integrated CyberSource, through Arab Bank, in two ways. Inside PalEat for Apple Pay, saved cards, Unified Checkout and refunds. And as a standalone payment platform any of our products can call, which holds each merchant's credentials, builds the checkout, receives the bank's callback and forwards a signed webhook.

PalEat prices deliveries and finds riders by real road distance, not a straight line. We integrated MapHero across the backend, the dashboard and both customer apps: address autocomplete, reverse geocoding, route distance and time, multi-stop routes for the ops map, and delivery-zone polygons.

PalEat customers watch their order move from the kitchen to the door on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island without opening the app. The backend pushes every status change straight to the activity. Both PalEat and Al Manara adopted iOS 26 Liquid Glass for tab bars and controls, with a fallback on older iPhones.

Before writing code, we studied. We looked at what the best café apps do, mapped what a five-branch premium café in Palestine should copy, skip or do differently, and delivered a bilingual master study, a feature checklist, wireframes and a three-phase plan with fourteen decisions for the client to make.

An app study for a water utility's customer app: eighty-seven phone-sized screens covering the customer journey, delivered as a study.

Websites, landing pages and event sites with a deadline that could not move.

An Arabic website for a schools competition about the European Union. It counted down to the opening, explained how to enter, linked the reading sources, and switched the daily quiz link automatically for six contest days. Built in seventeen days.

PalEat website and rider applicationPalEat's public site. It sends visitors to the right store, lets would-be riders apply and upload their licence, hosts the legal pages in Arabic and English, and serves the files that make links open inside the app.
