Our own command centre for running AI agents across every project.
Trinks is the tool our team runs on. It sits on your machine, watches every project we have open, and lets one person direct a fleet of AI agents by voice or text. You ask it what is happening on a project and it answers; you give it a task and it puts the right agent on it, in the right folder, and streams the work back to you live.

Ask about any project
“What happened on Annie today?” and it answers across every project, not just the one you have open.
A fleet, not one agent
Several agents per project with their own roles, each in its own session, all visible on one screen.
Voice or text
Talk to it hands-free with a wake word, or type. It answers out loud.
Memory that lasts
It remembers facts, past conversations and how you like things done, and recalls them months later.
Work that hands over
Templates move a job from one agent to the next: plan, build, test, review.
Everything stays local
Projects, conversations and memory live on the machine. Nothing is uploaded, with automatic daily backups.
The challenge
AI agents are easy to start and hard to run. Ours were spread across terminals with no shared memory, no view of what each one was doing, and no way to ask a plain question about a project.
What we did
One dashboard for every project and agent, an assistant that answers by voice, memory that persists between sessions, and workflows that hand work from one agent to the next. Everything runs on the machine: the projects, the conversations and the memory never leave it.
The outcome
In daily use inside Portous. Not released.
