The portal Al Manara's staff use every day. They approve clinic accounts, load and translate the catalogue, price and discount products, answer quote requests, process orders, arrange the app's home screen, and read the sales dashboard. Languages, user groups, loyalty tiers, countries and VAT rates are switches, not code.

The overview
Revenue, orders, new customers and average order value for today, the last 7, 30 or 90 days or the year, each against the previous period, with a daily chart.
What needs attention
Pending orders, quote requests, clinic verifications and low stock, on one row, so the morning starts in the right place.
Approve clinics
Review the uploaded licence, approve or reject. Only verified clinics see prices and can order.
Products, everything on one row
SKU, merchant, category, brand, type, variants, price, stock, sales and an on-off switch, with names in Arabic and English and certifications like CE, ISO and FDA.
Variants without the spreadsheet
Set the option types once and the variant matrix builds itself.
Excel in, Excel out
Import products with a validation preview and an import log. Export products, orders and reports.
Quotes in one queue
Requests for quote arrive with a badge, get priced, and go back to the clinic inside the app.

The challenge
The client needed to run a three-language catalogue of hundreds of products with a small team and no developer on call.
What we did
Twenty-six admin modules. Excel import that previews and validates before it writes anything. A drag-to-reorder home-screen builder. An automatic variant matrix from option types. Per-merchant scoping so the same portal can serve more suppliers later.
The outcome
Al Manara runs the store day to day without us: more than 400 products, three languages, orders and quotes answered from one screen.
