Work / Gloria Jean's Coffees Palestine, app study
Studies and consulting
What a five-branch café should build, and in what order.
Before writing code, we studied. We looked at what the best café apps do, mapped what a five-branch premium café in Palestine should copy, skip or do differently, and delivered a bilingual master study, a feature checklist, wireframes and a three-phase plan with fourteen decisions for the client to make.

What it does
What it does, feature by feature
- A screen-by-screen study of the category's best apps
- Feature checklist, Arabic and English
- Bilingual wireframes
- Three-phase delivery plan
- Fourteen decisions framed for a one-hour meeting
The challenge
A loyalty app is easy to build and easy to waste money on. The client needed to know which features move revenue for five branches, not fifty.
What we did
A study of the category's leading apps, a feature-by-feature checklist against the client's reality, wireframes in both languages, and a phased plan.
The outcome
Delivered in July 2026. The recommendation: the differentiator is a customer-journey automation engine, with AI used at four specific points rather than as a headline.
